Originally we were developers of 8 residential subdivisions in the City and County of Talladega, and builder of many fine homes for the first 20 years. The last 35 years of operation have been directed toward commercial development with 80% of commercial improvements in Talladega during this time frame either promoted and or developed or built by our company. Since our founding we have also been very active in sales or development of land tracts large and small.
